To me, education is the key to continuing to grow as a photographer.  And one of the best things you can do for your business and your growth is to set aside a certain amount of money and time each year for your education.  I try to go to at least one, if not more, events to continue to learn and grow as a photography.  There are so many wonderful workshops out there and so many things to continue to learn as photographers.
