Wow!!  What a great two weeks we have had, posting about each one of our FABULOUS speakers for Conference 12!  With two more to go, I thought it would be the perfect time to let you know about the two ladies behind the magic of Conference 12!

Courtney DeLaura and Leslie Kerrigan have hosted many events together!  With their fun personalities, honest education and genuine love to see each photographer grow, they have created educational experiences like no other!  After meeting at Courtney’s Folio Love workshop four years ago, they knew that together they could provide amazing experiences for other photographers.  Courtney has been a speaker and coordinator for all of the Seniorologie Tours and participated in other Seniorologie events such as Seniorologie Shoot Outs.  She and Leslie have a great chemistry and creativity that allow them to create events that photographers love.

After many successful Seniorologie Tours, they began to brainstorm about something bigger and better to knock the senior photography education world off it’s socks! 🙂  Many Skype calls, texts and more began and finally Conference 12 was born!  Together they have planned such an amazing conference, including:

In addition to hosting and planning this amazing event, Leslie and Courtney will be speakers.  They will both share their knowledge and educate attendees to help each of them build a business they love!

Courtney DeLaura still holds onto hope that she and her son will make the history books as the first mother/son cast members of SNL. She lives for snuggles while watching zombie movies and her heart leaps for joy when she brings photographers together for education, encouragement and support! She has owned Get Schooled Photo since 2009, which provides education for photographers that will induce uncontrollable giggle fits upon viewing yourbusiness bank account! Bringing financially successful photographers together for your benefit with educational collaborations that will knock your socks off.

Courtney will be teaching a class called Organized Planning for a Visionary Life.

Leslie Kerrigan is a southern girl with a big smile and even bigger hair! She loves fashion, has an obsession with shoes and knows way too much trivial information about celebrities. She is surrounded by her two boys and husband so most days are spent with nothing but boys. But photographing senior girls gives her a chance to be girly! She loves each one of her seniors, building lasting relationships with them that continue even when they go off to college. In addition to running Leslie Kerrigan Photography, a sought after senior portrait business in Greenville, South Carolina, Leslie also runs the very popular inspirational and educational blog, Seniorologie. Seniorologie is THE senior resource for other senior photographers around the world. Leslie has created The Seniorologie Tour which provides in-person education to fellow senior photographers and Seniorologie Shoot Outs which provide portfolio building photo shoots for senior photographers. In addition to hosting her own events through Seniorologie, Leslie has taught senior photography education through Creative Live, WPPI and other workshops such as the Luxe Workshop, The Savvy Photographer Retreat and will be a featured speaker at Infuse by The Twelfth Year. Helping other photographers succeed is something Leslie enjoys and watching them reach that moment makes her heart sing.
