Michelle Moore is a fashion editorial and high school senior portrait photographer working in both Seattle and Los Angeles. She is an internationally respected senior portrait photographer and is highly sought out for her portrait services.

Michelle loves helping high school seniors reveal their inner and outer beauty during her unique boutique like portrait experience. In addition, she focuses on bringing awareness to a healthy body image through her fashion and celebrity editorial work.  In this capacity, she has collaborated with many local and national magazines on editorial and celebrity assignments.  In 2011 she worked again with 90210 television star Jessica Lowndes, photographing the cover of her most recent music EP entitled “Nothing Like This.”  Michelle is also growing her commercial photography client base, adding Amazon.com and REPORT shoes in 2012

Camera Artist, Meg Borders, is a natural light senior portrait photographer whose work craves the light. As a mother of three daughters, Meg is wholehearted about the self esteem of young women; her photography is aimed at revealing natural beauty and refocusing how girls view themselves. Having mentored teens for over eight years, the senior genre of photography immediately grabbed her attention. Meg’s work is unmistakable for it’s creamy, sun-induced ambers, and a romantic quality that thirsts for the light. Her images have been featured in a host of leading photography publications, earning national awards.

Courtney DeLaura is the Creative and Photographic Manager at Altar’d State, our clothing sponsor for the tours.  Courtney handles all creative aspects for the company from graphic design to website design to marketing campaigns and photo shoots.  She manages all photographic services including the associate photographers for Altar’d State.  Courtney creates the concepts and plans the photo shoots for the Look Book and photographs all the models for the Look Books.  In addition to working for Altar’d State, Courtney also runs Get Schooled Photo and Senior Blueprint.  Both of these are wonderful educational resources for photographers.  Courtney owned her own successful senior portrait business, Peachtree Studio, and was the must-have senior photographer for Knoxville, Tennessee.

Leslie Kerrigan is the owner of Seniorologie.  With a love of photographing seniors in her own photography business, Leslie Kerrigan Photography, she started blogging information and inspiration about the senior portrait business.  Seniorologie gives Leslie the chance to put together all of her loves…photography, blogging and writing and event planning.  Leslie has been featured on blogs such as The Savvy Photographer, Chic Critique Forum and Design Aglow. She is a Celebrity Photographer for Chic Critique and has been a speaker at The Seniorologie Tours and The Savvy Photographer Workshop on the Waterfront.

The workshop will be held at the amazing La Valencia Hotel in beautiful La Jolla, California.  This hotel is referred to as The Pink Lady and was voted one of the top hotels in the US by Conde Nast Traveler Magazine.  It will serve as the perfect backdrop for both our educational portion of the tour and the shooting portion!  The hotel is just steps from the beach and tons of amazing shops and restaurants.
